Dr Christine Kidd BVSc makes up one part of the Dynamic Duo that established, built up and successfully runs the Manly Road Veterinary Hospital. Christine has over 40 year’s experience as a Veterinary Surgeon. With a passion for assisting dog owners with reproduction Christine is a well known for her ability to assist breeders with infertility and reproductive concerns.
Running a very busy and successful 24 hour a day Veterinary Hospital is not an easy path but as far as Christine believes it is an extremely worthwhile one. For over 40 years she has kept her vision and ensures Manly Road provides the very best Medical and Emotional care for her Clients and Team members.

Pauline Gaven gained her Veterinary Science degree from the University of Queensland (UQ) and a diploma in Medical Diagnostic Radiography from RMIT. She has memberships of the European Society Veterinary Ophthalmologists, International Society Veterinary Ophthalmologists, International Equine Ophthalmology Consortium, and is Chair, Animal Welfare Committee Manly Road Veterinary Hospital. Pauline is Adjunct Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Ophthalmology at the University of Queensland for both Bachelor of Veterinary Science and B. of Applied Science (Veterinary Technology extended major) Students. She also provides Honorary Equine Ophthalmology Consultations and Surgeries for UQ. Pauline has presented at numerous conferences, seminars and workshops for both Australian and International Veterinarians.
Pauline is Principal Veterinarian, owner and partner of Manly Road Veterinary Hospital and accepts equine and small animal eye cases, including equine and small animal cataract surgery. She also has vast experience in equine medicine and surgery.

Dr Tamara is our MRVH Senior Medical Veterinarian with her areas of interest being small animal internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, teaching/mentoring and the clinical management of the MRVH hospital ward.
Dr Tamara's experience and skills are invaluable for providing high-quality care for our patients. Her years of hands-on practice, deep medical knowledge and sound clinical judgement allow her to quickly assess complex cases, make confident decisions, and mentor younger veterinarians.
Dr Tamara can speak fluent Swedish and when time allows she loves to travel.

We are very pleased to welcome the newest addition to our MRVH Management team – Trinette Anderson.
Trinette comes to us fresh from her move from New Zealand, here she attended Bay of Plenty Polytech & Otago University where she obtained her Veterinary Nurse qualification and degree.
Trinette brings with her 20+ years in clinic as a Veterinary Nurse as well as advancing to Nursing Manager and Practice and Business Management. Trinette also has 5 years in Sales/Business Development Roles as well as Diagnostics Management.
Our newest Veterinary Operations Manager, (a cat enthusiast,) has previously competed in equine open eventing and joins our already established operations team. Trinett has a keen interest in veterinary diagnostics and providing a gold standard of care for our MRVH clients and their precious family members.

Dr Tamille attended universities in Geelong and Wagga Wagga where she successfully completed not one but three degrees. With a Bachelor of Science (Zoology), Bachelor of Veterinary Biology, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours), our team and precious patients are very fortunate to have Dr Tamille as one of our overnight emergency veterinarians.
Dr Tamille's special interests are in emergency surgery, emergency medicine, critical care, epidemiology and disease surveillance.
Dr Tamilles dedicates her time outside of work to studying and further developing her ECC skills (Emergency Critical Care).
Dr Tamille has also published research on disease surveillance and biosecurity risks in Australia.

We are so lucky that our Senior Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) Anemie moved to Australia from Cape Town - South Africa. It was definitely MRVH's gain! Anemie graduated from the University of Queensland with her Bachelor of Veterinary Technology in 2020 and quickly became an integral member of the MRVH nursing/tech team. An all-rounder who can successfully work in any area of our hospital, Anemie has settled into her role as an Orthopaedic Nurse assisting our Veterinary Orthopaedic Surgeon - Dr Grant in the ortho team.
RVT Anemie is passionate about ongoing learning and teaching junior team members, attending the AVA Veterinary Wellness Roundtable in 2022 to contribute to Mental Health in the Veterinary Industry.
