If you are an overseas trained veterinarian whose qualifications are recognised in Australia, MRVH would love to hear from you.
If you’re thinking staying permanently and your application to become one of our team is successful, MRVH will facilitate the visa process with the help of qualified migration consultants as well as providing additional support where necessary.
WORKING HOLIDAYS
MRVH is able to offer 6-month fixed-term full-time roles for travelling vets to assist at various times of the year.  Day shift vets work 4 x 9.5 hour shifts per week and overnight vets work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week – plus you get two weeks of paid annual leave while you’re here - so plenty of time for sight seeing and becoming a local.  We are privately owned, so no quotas to fill or insanely long hours to manage – just lots of patients that need your care.
There are limited positions available each year, so get your applications in as soon as possible to secure your place.  Successful applicants must be able to register with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Queensland for the duration of their stay.
