I graduated in 1993 from Queensland University as well as
completed post-graduate study in Cardiology in 1999. I enjoy
gardening, home improvements and learning the piano (again).
My family consists of one dog, one cat and one fish - all of
which keep my son thoroughly entertained, though the feeling is not
always reciprocated.

Hi Pet People!
Allow me to briefly introduce myself: I immigrated here
from the United States over 11 years ago.
Originally, I have followed my bliss of Creative
Writing and have a M.A. in Literature from the University
of Sydney. I have been lucky enough to follow my other
bliss of Veterinary Science and the health and welfare of
animals. I love working at Manly Road and it has become
my second home. Please speak with me about pet
weight loss concerns, speying and neutering or on the other hand
tell me about your favourite travel destination or home renovation
tips! Oh, and I have a budgie by the name of
Steve.

I
graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994 and have worked
in 4 practices in Australia, both small animal and mixed (horses
and cattle). I have also traveled extensively and worked for a
couple of years in the UK. My interest lies in surgery and
I’m also the “Straddie” vet, visiting there every fortnight.
I have a dog (Jimmy, with me in the photo) and 2 cats, plus a
cockatoo and my old pony club horse (who’s 35!).
